A weekend residence within a Mongo and Coconut grove was the basic desire of the clients.

The presence of the perennially flowing  Kundalika river invites you to relate the residence physically as well as visually to the picturesque natural element. The landscape character being a formal ‘Char-bagh’ layout dotted with fountains and water bodies in-front of the house merges seamlessly with the ‘Wadi’ (orchard). From the house perched on the highest level one enjoys a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape of laid out garden, rolling green hills and murmuring river water.
