Karjat Farm House

The farmhouse is perched on a small hillock. The entire garden is developed on terraces. The first plane of the garden had to be brought near the bungalow to make it easily accessible. Taking advantage of the falling levels, a narrow stream was introduced, the water of which was re-circulated. Being a weekend home, the special needs of the client were catered to with the inclusion of a large party area, swimming pool, jogging track, recreation centre, terrace sit-outs and a farm track.
