The cluster of residential blocks replaced a renowned tile manufacturing factory. The sprawling landscape becomes an important endeavor to reduce the shortfall of green spaces in urban areas. Apart from taking care of the out-door needs of active residents, the Landscape design responds to the senior citizens need to spend quite solitary moments as well as social interaction with others. The existing and newly planted trees reduce the visual dominance of the apartment towers as well as enhance the nearness of nature for the residing population.
